Elisabeth works with clients in the public, private, and non-profit sectors to design and implement customized leadership developed opportunities and change projects. She is passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations successfully navigate and manage change.
Elisabeth’s work as a consultant, trainer and coach draws on her experiences in social entrepreneurship, non-profit management, and education reform. She brings an international perspective to her work, having grown up in the United States, Germany, and Singapore.
Elisabeth previously worked as Director of School Turnaround, a position in which she supported administrators, principals, and teachers implementing change processes at high-needs schools in Berlin. She is co-founder and former managing director of Teach First Deutschland, an educational non-profit.
Elisabeth holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (Harvard University) and an MA International Relations (Free University Berlin). She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. In her spare time, Elisabeth is active in local-level politics and is an avid long-distance runner.
