Michael is KONU’s CEO and Co-Founder. His leadership development work draws on his experience as an entrepreneur, professional dancer, and educator. He teaches Leadership at NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and in Harvard Kennedy School’s Executive Education Program.


Tim O'Brien | Partner

Tim teaches courses in adaptive leadership and adult development at the Harvard Kennedy School. He completed is doctoral studies in human development and leadership education at Harvard’s Graduate School of Education. His teaching, training and consultancy practice is built on the fundamentals of his research - that all people and organizations can learn and develop with the right balance of supports and challenges.

Netaly Ophir Flint | Partner

Netaly works with individuals, executives, and organizations to help them adapt and thrive as they tackle complex challenges in a rapidly changing world. Until recently, Netaly served as the CEO of the Reut Group - a cutting edge strategy and leadership Think Tank based in Tel Aviv. At Reut, Netaly worked with senior government officials, mayors, business and non-profit managers to lead adaptive change on some of the most pressing national security and socioeconomic issues facing Israel and the world.

Rosi is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator and has worked with groups across the US, including Bloomberg City Leadership Program mayors, female philanthropists of Women Moving Millions, fellows of Neiman Foundation for Journalism, youth activists, campaign organizers, and more. Rosi also draws on her skill as an artist to develop new visual models of Graphic Coaching and Graphic Facilitation.
