360° feedback with The Leadership Circle Profile – what can I expect?

We’ll guide you through a simple, four-step process: 

  1. Plan

    In an intake conversation with you, we’ll discuss your goals and expectations for the feedback process. Together, we agree on next steps: Who to select as feedback providers and how to reach out to those people.  

  2. Collect feedback  

    Your feedback providers give their feedback via an online platform. They respond to 124 questions. The total time needed is about 30 minutes. You also use the platform to assess yourself. 

  3. Understanding the feedback 

    You will receive your feedback in a profile report. The main findings are summarized in a graph report. You meet with an experienced, Leadership Circle Profile-certified KONU coach to discuss and reflect on your results.

  4. Unleashing your potential

    Once you’ve given the feedback a chance to settle, you meet once more with your coach to derive the implications for your development as a leader. Your coach will use your profile to show you developmental pathways you could take. You decide what matters most to you, plan next steps that accelerate your development, and agree on an action plan.
