Netaly loves working with individuals, executives, and organizations to help them adapt and thrive as they tackle complex challenges in a rapidly changing world.
Before KONU, Netaly was the CEO of the Reut Group - a cutting edge strategy and leadership Think Tank based in Tel Aviv. There she learned first-hand how difficult and overwhelming, but also rewarding, it can be to work with diverse stakeholder groups to lead systemic change. Netaly spearheaded Reut’s groundbreaking work on the future relationship between Israel and World Jewry and continues to help make progress on this issue through her work today.
Netaly holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a dual MA in International Relations and Conflict Management and Resolution from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. She is also a certified mediator and facilitator.
Netaly is an avid traveler and enjoys hiking and horseback riding. She currently lives in Tel Aviv with her husband and three children.
