Throughout the program, you’ll apply concepts from the Adaptive Leadership framework to a real-life challenge you are navigating in your role as an Executive Director. To help you anchor in a challenge and arrive fully ready to engage — and to help us (your facilitators) get a glimpse into your context — we ask that you please fill out this pre-program reflective survey by January 9th, 2025.
