She draws upon her expertise in adult development, adaptive leadership, identity development through her work across Australia, China, and the US. A lover of big ideas and self-proclaimed professional dabbler, Alice dances with playful curiosity in serious conversations, helping groups navigate complexity using its own wisdom and wit.
Alice leads leadership development and organisational development projects in corporate and public sectors internationally. Her dialogic facilitation approach draws upon her lived experiences as a former management consultant, Ministerial advisor, theatre director, and outdoor education instructor. Alice is committed to advancing the field of facilitation and adult learning through evidence-based approaches, and is a founding member of the adaptive leadership peer educator initiative in Australia.
Alice holds an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School and a BA in Mathematics from Colgate University. She was born in China and today lives in Melbourne, Australia.
