Liz’s passion is helping people and organisations learn, grow and flourish. Liz coaches executives, designs and runs leadership development programs, and facilitates crucial conversations in order to help purpose-driven teams, companies and organisations maximize their impact.

Liz’s work is inspired by her own experiences as a change agent: She co-founded an educational non-profit (Teach First Deutschland) and was Director of School Turnaround for Berlin schools. From these experiences, she draws the conviction that leadership can come from everywhere. She also developed an appreciation for how hard it is to bring about change in complex systems - and how meaningful it is to have a sparring partner to help see the bigger picture, unleash strengths, and plan next steps.

Liz holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Harvard University and an MA International Relations from Free University Berlin. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. All the while, she believes learning never ends - her learning edge is to be bolder.

Liz brings an international perspective to my work, having grown up in Germany, the United States, and Singapore. Berlin is her chosen home: It's where she lives with her family and young son, and where she gives back to the community by engaging in local-level politics. In her spare time, she loves running (though you won't find her running before breakfast).
