Kate Neville

Kate Neville is an experienced leadership coach with expertise helping highly accomplished professionals move from thought to action, speak up effectively, and develop relationships across differences as they move into more senior roles in management and leadership of offices, departments, teams and functions.
Kate has worked with prominent professional services firms, global financial institutions, major nonprofit organizations and professional associations. In working with her, clients report heightened confidence in proactively addressing highly visible and potentially volatile situations, a sense of stability that helps sustain them over time, and new perspective that often has far-reaching ramifications.
Prior to her work as a leadership coach, Kate started her career practicing law at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett after completing a post-doctoral fellowship at Yale University. She represented the New York City Public Schools, served as a member of the New York City Bar Committee on Education, taught Law & Education at Northwestern University, and worked in management consulting for a decade before serving as an advisor at Georgetown Law School.
Kate graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University, earned a law degree cum laude from Harvard Law School. She serves as a Mentor Coach with Coach Diversity, Inc, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is certified to deliver the Hogan Assessment Suite, and to facilitate Immunity to Change (ITC) programs. A former New Yorker and Texan, she currently resides in Washington, DC, and works with clients across the globe.
