Nicolas enjoys teaching and designing programs to facilitate understanding and a clearer view of challenges and conflicts. His experiences as a teacher, mediator, negotiator, clerk, and lawyer provide him a pluralistic perspective on problems people and organizations face.
He is a lecturer in business and law schools on moral leadership, persuasion, negotiation, mediation, and legal theory. He has been the recipient of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School Graduate Fellowship and is a doctoral candidate at the same institution.
Before Harvard Law School, Nicolas clerked at the Colombian Constitutional Court and practiced law in prestigious law firms. He has authored and edited four books. He hosts a podcast on film and law, politics, and philosophy. He believes art and humanities can shed light on the adaptive challenges one faces with bliss and sacrifice.
