It can be hard to define improvement goals and develop your leadership capacities in ever-changing and unpredictable contexts. What will catalyze progress when the path to progress remains unclear? At KONU, we believe that a core part of leadership development is stepping back to take an honest look at how we show up amidst the stress of uncertainty. By unpacking our default behaviors, beliefs, and approaches to managing uncertainty, we can identify the strengths and limitations in our leadership. Only then can we focus on building the stomach, stamina, and strategies for leading into the unknown.
In this workshop, we will use the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), a comprehensive tool grounded in adult development research, to explore how your beliefs and behaviors impact your leadership effectiveness. Beforehand, we invite you to take a 20-minute online LCP self-assessment. During the workshop, you will use your LCP assessment results to learn about your creative strengths and limiting patterns through a series of individual reflections, group discussions, and embodiment exercises.
In this workshop, you will:
Explore your creative strengths and limiting patterns when engaging with uncertainty
Learn how to use the Leadership Circle Profile to guide your own developmental learning
Define first steps to enhance your leadership practice
