UN SDG Leadership Lab
Summary Report: when each lab concludes, we put together a comprehensive memo with a summary of intended outcomes, participant reflections and survey data, success factors, and lessons learned. This is a compilation.
Participant journey description: as part of our diagnostic work, we put together a narrative of a hypothetical participant’s experience through the lab as a way to align with the client on the program’s expectations.
Participant workbook: a compilation of the worksheets participants are provided and guided to reflect on throughout the workshops. This is an example from our Bangladesh Leadership Lab.
4-minute video: this video showcases our work, including footage of the in-person workshop and participant experiences from the Philippines Leadership Lab
GELI podcast: as part of our partnership with the funder, GELI (Global Executive Leadership Initiative), Michael Koehler was interviewed about the project.
MBTA
Resource websites for Cohort 2 (in-person) and Cohort 3 (virtual): each cohort receives their own website where all the learning materials are compiled (including slides, worksheets, and reading resources).
Cohort 1 Survey: Detailed results and analysis: when a cohort concludes, we conduct surveys and interviews, and then compile the results into a closing document. This example served as a key resource when crafting the design for cohorts 2 and 3.
In addition to our work with teams and client systems, KONU offers open-enrollment leadership development workshops, drawing participants from all over the world. Two examples of open-enrollment workshops we offered in 2022 are:
Withstanding the Pressure for Quick Fixes and Easy Answers: Leadership Strategies for Driving Change, Learning, and Innovation: video recording can be found here and resources for the session (including slides and a worksheet) can be found here.
Leading With and Beyond Your Authority: video recording can be found here and resources for the session (including slides and a worksheet) can be found here.
Lastly, to give a taste of how we think and talk about leadership, we have provided a video of our co-founder, Tim O’Brien, sharing leadership lessons at the Harvard Business Review Summit in Mexico 2018.
