Rosi Greenberg

Rosi is passionate about helping people make the internal and external shifts they need to lead with more clarity, creativity, and effectiveness in a changing world. Rosi is a Leadership Coach and Facilitator and has worked with groups across the US, including Bloomberg City Leadership Program mayors, female philanthropists of Women Moving Millions, fellows of Neiman Foundation for Journalism, youth activists, campaign organizers, and more. Rosi also draws on her skill as an artist to develop new visual models of Graphic Coaching and Graphic Facilitation.

Rosi holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, with a Certificate in Management, Leadership, and Decision Sciences. At Harvard, Rosi works as a Teaching Fellow for courses in Adaptive Leadership and Narrative Leadership.

Prior to coming to Harvard, Rosi lived in Amman, Jordan and worked at Questscope, an NGO focusing on social development for youth and their communities. Drawing on her background in Education and skills in leadership and conflict transformation, Rosi enabled data-driven decision-making throughout Questscope’s programming and in the Education Sector of the refugee response as a whole. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Rosi has studied, spoken, and taught Arabic for the past ten years.
