For Fellowship Directors

You're responsible for a cohort experience that's supposed to build community and transform leaders. You need proven and tailored curricula, world-class faculty, and the confidence that your fellows are genuinely developing — not just networking. You want a partner who can make the work sharper and more sustainable. You seek partners who join you in your effort to provide real impact.

Proven Development. Lasting Community.

We partner with fellowship directors from full program design to delivery of specific components within your existing curriculum.

Full Program Design & Delivery:

  • Needs assessment

  • Complete cohort architecture and curriculum design

  • World-class facilitation across all modules

  • Ongoing support and iteration

Faculty Augmentation:

  • Design and delivery of specific workshops or modules within your existing fellowship

  • Expert facilitation on topics like systems leadership, navigating complexity, or coalition building

  • Integration with your program's goals and arc

Add-Ons for Fellows (in either model):

  • Executive coaching (1:1 support for fellows navigating leadership edges)

  • Leadership Circle Profile assessments (developmental diagnostics)

WHAT OUR PARTNERS SAY

“We have a lot of affection for the people at KONU. We share a similar philosophy of leadership education, but also a philosophy of growth and iteration and learning. It is a learning relationship!”
– Or Mars, Vice President, the Wexner Foundation

How to Work With Us

Every partnership starts with a conversation.

  • We start by booking one or two scoping calls (sometimes more) to understand your needs, context, and goals — and to make sure there's a genuine fit with our approach.

If we're not the right partner, we'll tell you honestly and refer you to trusted colleagues.

  • If we're aligned, we write a full proposal tailored to your situation. This includes the program design, timeline, outcomes, and investment.

  • Once you're ready, we kick off. From there, we're in it together — co-creating, experimenting, and building the capacity for leadership that lasts.
